We hope you’re as into our toilet paper as we are, but we know sometimes things don’t quite roll the way we want them to. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, check out the sections below to find out what your options are.

My order isn’t what I expected. Can I get a refund?
Our goal is for every order we send your way to bring a smile to your face, so we’re really sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with what you got. We want to make things right, so if the problem with your order was our fault, we’ll provide you with a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
You can get a refund if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- We sent you the wrong items
- What you got doesn’t match what we promised
- Something’s missing from your order
We can’t give refunds for orders that don’t meet the requirements above – sorry about that!

Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on our products, even if they haven’t been opened. This is for safety and hygiene reasons. However, you can still get your money back if you meet the requirements we mentioned earlier – no return necessary!
Can I cancel my order?
Want to cancel your order? No problem! Get in touch online or send an email over to [email protected] ASAP, and we’ll do our best to get your order cancelled and your money returned.
If your order has already been shipped, you can simply contact the courier and refuse the delivery. Just keep in mind that you might not be eligible for a refund in this case.
