Delivery & Shipping Policy

We like to keep things simple. Whether you're stocking the bathroom at home or ordering for your business, we'll get your Sweet Cheeks goodies packed up and on their way as quickly as possible.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is £6.99 per order.

Orders are sent using our trusted delivery partners, including DPD where applicable. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Free delivery

Ordering big? Nice.

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of 10 boxes or more. Where your order meets the free delivery threshold, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders are delivered within 1–5 working days, depending on the products ordered, the size of your order and the delivery location.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, busy periods or circumstances outside of our control.

Trade and business orders

Our trade customers use the same straightforward delivery process.

Larger commercial orders may require multiple parcels or alternative delivery arrangements depending on the size of the shipment. Where necessary, we'll arrange the most suitable method for getting your order to you safely.

Your checkout will show the delivery charge applicable to your order before payment.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, we'll send your tracking details to the email address used when placing your order.

Please allow a short amount of time for tracking information to update after your dispatch confirmation has been sent.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We can't guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Missed or failed deliveries

If a courier is unable to complete your delivery, they may attempt redelivery, leave your parcel in a safe place where appropriate, or provide instructions for rearranging delivery.

Please follow the instructions provided by the courier using your tracking information.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Something not looking right? Let us know.

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe a parcel is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged packaging or products, where applicable

We'll look into it and help get things sorted.

Delays

We work hard to get your Sweet Cheeks order moving, but occasionally delays can happen.

Courier disruption, severe weather, peak delivery periods and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

We'll always do our best to help where an order appears to be significantly delayed.
