When will my order arrive?
We’ll send out all orders within 1 to 2 days. We also offer free next-day delivery on Amazon Prime.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across all of mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Can I cancel my order?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way, so if you need to cancel your order, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Just let us know as soon as you can by filling out the form.
If your order has already been dispatched but you don’t want your loo rolls, you can simply get in touch with the courier and refuse delivery. Just be aware that you might not get your payment back in this case.
Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on our hygienic products. It’s for the safety of our customers – once you’ve got our product in your hands, returning it to our warehouse could potentially put other customers at risk. Sorry about that!
When will you restock ‘out of stock’ products?
We know how annoying it is when your fave product is out of stock, so we’ll aim to restock as soon as we can – usually within 1 to 2 weeks max. Keep checking back and you’ll be the first to know when what you’re looking for is back in stock!
